Do both sides have to agree to mediate?

Yes. One side can inquire. The date is held when both are in.

Can an attorney book for a client?

Yes. Choose “attorney” on the schedule form, then complete intake with the party names for the conflict check.

Where do uploaded files live?

On the server, in a folder the web cannot read, encrypted with AES-256. Only a logged-in staff account can decrypt a file, from the intake in wp-admin. Files never enter the media library and are tagged noindex on download.

Is this a law firm site?
